HGV Class 1 Driver Tilbury Port

Max Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for Class 1 Drivers to work night shifts on a temporary ongoing basis for our client based at Tilbury Port.

You will be delivering to various builders’ merchants using a Class 1 vehicle.
Shifts are no longer than 10 hours.

There is no handball involved — all loading and unloading will be carried out by warehouse staff, so you’ll only need to wait while they handle it.

Requirements:

• Own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

  • Safety boots

  • Hard hat

Monday to Sunday

AM or PM

You must fulfil the following for this HGV Class 1 position:

Valid UK C+E, HGV 1, Class 1 licence.
UK Digital Tachograph Card.
Full UK CPC card (driver qualification card).
Full UK Licence

At least 6 months experience on class 1.
Basic/General understanding of English
We are looking for experienced drivers who have a good work ethic, reliable, punctual & hard working
